Sir Shah Nawaz Khan Bhutto’s Speech at the First Indian Round Table Conference, 1930-31

Sir Shah Nawaz Khan Bhutto delivers a speech on the Separation of Sind to the First Indian Round Table Conference, November 1930 – January 1931. This conference was held in London by King George V, and was attended by notable politicians and leaders such as Aga Khan III and Muhammad Ali Jinnah of the Muslim League, the Maharajas of each Indian state, British-Indian representatives such as B.R. Ambedkar, and more. Sir Shah Nawaz Bhutto was present as an official representative of the Sindhi populace, and he demanded the separation of Sindh from the province of Bombay, eventually leading to the Government of India Act of 1935, allowing the separation.
